To coincide with the arrival of the spring sunshine, JZM are delighted to welcome to the showroom this charming Carrera 3.2 Cabriolet. First ordered from Charles Follet in Berkeley Square by James Gulliver (at the time one of Britain’s wealthiest men) who collected the car on 12th April 1986. He kept the car until his death in 1996 at which point it went to his son Andrew and then from him to his daughter Alison who kept the car until 2015. From this point there are only 3 other registered keepers resulting in a total of 6 owners (with 3 from the same family).

Having been subject to a light restoration which has been carried out sympathetically and to an exceptionally high standard, this low mileage 1986 Carrera 3.2 presents in stunning condition from both a mechanical and cosmetic perspective. Notable works previously undertaken were a respray to the bodywork, replacement of the convertible soft top, fitment of Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 Stereo System with 4 x Morel Maximo speakers, a comprehensive mechanical inspection was also carried out at this time with feedback being it is one of the best examples out there in terms of underlying condition in addition to the way that the car drives. This mirrors our own pre-purchase inspection which the car has passed with flying colours!
