Every now and then something rather special presents itself and this time it’s in the form of this rather exquisite 964.

As we know the Porsche enthusiast community is generally known for their love of all things "OEM and as Porsche intended", and we understand that completely. However, occasionally something a little bit different and rather special appears and this 964 is very much one of those unique and very well executed cars.
This 964 began life as a standard 1990 3.6 Carrera 4 coupe which was, in more recent years, subject to an engine upgrade in the form of a supercharger conversion supplied by American performance specialists TPC Racing.
The TPC 964/993 supercharger kit is designed as a fairly simple ‘bolt-on’ pack, designed to work with a completely stock engine with no internal modifications, therefore retaining OEM reliability whilst improving power, torque and everyday drivability.
With a recently rebuilt engine and quality exhaust system, performance should exceed the standard factory 964 turbo, with the added benefit of no turbo lag.

The extensive works were carried out by marque specialists Ninemeister who first became familiar with this 964 in 2009 when it was entrusted to them by a previous owner with instructions to further develop the car. The car was then subject to a substantial development programme at considerable cost resulting in an incredible one-off and unique, driver focused 964. We have gone through the invoices and stopped counting at £200,000 !

The requirements & specification included a full RS style interior with Recaro Pole Position seats, KW variant 3 adjustable coil-over suspension, a ‘Big Red’ Porsche brake upgrade, an RS clutch and flywheel and RS rear bumper along with some further improvements to improve the car's power delivery and driveability. In addition, the whole car was mechanically audited with clear attention to detail replacing and/or upgrading many age worn parts as required.

Externally, the car was treated to a major cosmetic refresh and re-finished in original Porsche L980 silver metallic. New carpets were fitted throughout, the seats were re-trimmed in Leather with Alcantara inserts and an RS rear window was fitted. A long list of mechanical work including engine removal was also carried out to complete work on the car.

We have all heard the saying, this car will need to be seen to be understood and, on this occasion, it couldn’t be more true !

This Supercharged 964 is on-site at JZM and ready to find its next new home.
