Manthey are so good at making Porsche go quicker round tracks that when Porsche bought 51% in to Manthey-Racing they kept the name above the door. We’ve been friends with Olaf Manthey for over 30 years and install Manthey-Racing parts today as we have done since becoming their UK’s first official agent – methodically and meticulously with Germanic precision. TÜV (Technischer Überwachungsverein) approved and ready for Manthey-Racing track day invitations.
On 14 June 2021 Lars Kern topped the list of fastest production cars on the Nürburgring Nordschleife with a lap record of 6:38.835 in a Porsche 911 GT2 RS (991.2)

Manthey-Racing offers individual packages for Porsche GT models to increase the performance on both road and track. Drive, race and home again. Manthey are driven via motorsport knowledge, their research and development is measured in the wind tunnel and extensively tested on a great track – Mathey-Racing HQ is located right next to the Nürburgring – that’s ideal.

In October 2018 Lars Kern drove the road-legal 991 GT2 RS MR around the 20.6 km Nürburgring-Nordschleife circuit in 6:40.33 – averaging 193 kmh / 120 mph. The MR tuning package was also complemented by Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tyres, KW Competition race suspension, larger wing and dive planes, Porsche Motorsport bucket seat and harness for the driver and parts of the OEM Weissach package.

Manthey-Racing packages are found on Carrera Cup GB and Nürburgring 24h race cars. Since 2013 Porsche AG assign Manthey Racing to run their two 911 RSR’s in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) which includes the legendary Le Mans 24h. The R-Quipment catalogue is the result of R&D work done by engineers and technicians. Manthey-Racing’s HQ in Meuspath is next door to the fastest section of the Nürburgring Nordschleife where they test and fine tune Porsche to perfection.
Manthey Racing are the most successful Porsche racing team in the world with eight titles in the Porsche Supercup, five 24h overall victories at the Nürburgring and two at Le Mans. The team’s most outstanding achievement was the 2013 double victory in the GTE-Pro class of the 24h of Le Mans. Their most successful season so far was in 2015, when they scored three WEC-GT championship titles – one for the manufacturer, one for the driver and one for the team.
